Barena
Barena is that set of lacustrine marshes(we are in the Venetian lagoon)where the wild flora and fauna around the Venetian islands invaded now by overtourism remain. Unfortunately, however, due to the wave motion caused by large boats, this habitat is disappearing and little by little the fish that give sustenance to the many fishing families are also decreasing. The salt marsh has another fundamental purpose for the welfare of the Venetian lagoon, which is to regulate tidal flows by preventing flooding due to the phenomenon of high water.

Rei
This series executed in long exposure represents some objects for fishing “moeche”(tender crabs during the moulting stage), one of the gastronomic specialties of Venice that is disappearing due to the lack of catch. Every year the crabs decrease for various reasons and likewise the fishermen decrease until the objects used for such fishing are abandoned

Kanso
The japanese principle of minimalism, focusing on the elimination of clutter in favor of simplicity. It is one of seven principles of zen philosophy.
Ultimately, kanso seeks to find beauty in unadorned forms and encourages a sense of tranquility and armony by focusing on the essential qualities of an object or space.
My passion for minimalism has united in this research on plant life in the Venice lagoon. This series of photographs is performed both with long exposures and with fast to, and is performed on water. The plant species photographed are submerged by salt water during high tide

Nowhere(Laguna Nord)
I love the Venice lagoon and above all the feeling of peace it gives me when I am immersed in its silences and simple colours. I move between the shoals and canals with my equipment in search of what I like, but also with the spirit of immortalizing that landscape that inexorably changes forever. The fog and the shots taken with very long times allow to isolate the subject perfectly, estranging it from the context and making it a work of art, at least this is what I try to convey.
